What are tokens and how are they counted?

A token is a unit of text, roughly 3–4 characters or about ¾ of a word in English. For voice dialogues, tokens from both the recognized speech (input) and the generated response (output) are counted. 1 million tokens ≈ 750,000 words.

What's the difference between Realtime AI and Text AI?

Realtime AI handles voice calls — including speech recognition (STT), LLM response generation, and text-to-speech synthesis (TTS). Text AI works with text in chats and widgets only, which is why it's more affordable.

How is Speech Analytics billed?

First, the recording is transcribed (billed under STT — per minute). Then the resulting transcription is analyzed via LLM (billed under Analytics — per token). These are two independent steps with different pricing.

Is there a minimum payment or subscription?
